Chief Creative Officer & Founder

Dani tadic (dani kristina)

Dani Tadic knows what works because she tests it daily, both for brands and on her own platforms.

She is an award-winning Canadian-Croatian creative and the founder of Bitter Lip Media.

She has worked in the DTC space since 2018, creating content designed to perform across channels. As a creator with an audience of over 100K, her work is shaped by constant testing, audience behaviour, and real results.

In 2020, Dani founded Bitter Lip Media and built the agency remotely through writing-led creatives. After completing her MBA, she expanded the business into the EU market, helping brands adapt messaging across languages and enter new regions.

Dani works with clients across the EU and North America.

Karlo Tadic

Karlo Tadic brings a systems-driven approach to digital marketing.

With a background in dispatching, logistics, and supply chain operations, he has built his career around process analysis, operational efficiency, and execution at scale. Now, this informs how he approaches paid marketing and content operations.

Karlo works closely with performance workflows, tracking processes, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across channels. His role focuses on maintaining structure, consistency, and accountability in fast-moving paid environments.

He works with clients across the EU and Australia, applying a data-first mindset to support scalable, well-executed marketing operations.
